If you no longer wish to receive any emails or special offers from us, reply to any message we send to you with REMOVE in the subject.
Pet Teek, LLC does not sell or rent your personal identifiable information to anyone. Information collected is used for order confirmation, fraud detection and follow up (for example, some shippers require a phone number to process an order). As an affiliate of YahooStores we comply with their privacy policy with respect to online commerce and data capture.
EXCHANGES:
If you wish to exchange your Pet Teek™ Pet Carrier for a different size, simply send the carrier back to us within 30 days (must be in good condition and in its original packaging).
Please be aware that the Pet Teek™ Pet Carrier is 100% cotton knit. Our carriers are cut slightly larger to allow for shrinkage. Accordingly, before you exchange your carrier for a smaller size, you should make sure you have washed and tumble dried your carrier. This will not affect your exchange.
After your Pet Teek™ Carrier is washed and dried, it should fit you appropriately.
IF, after washing and drying your carrier, there is still a sizing issue, please contact Pet Teek to obtain an RMA (Return Manufacturers Authorization) number before shipping the carrier back to Pet Teek.
When shipping carrier back to Pet Teek, make sure to include original packing slip or copy of invoice, as well as your RMA number and new carrier size request, in your shipment.
As soon as your carrier arrives, we will exchange your carrier for the requested size and ship it back to you via UPS ground.
Please be aware that items do tend to get lost in the mail, therefore, we strongly recommend that you ship your carrier back to us with some form of delivery confirmation. We cannot be responsible for any carriers that do not reach us.
We can accept exchanges on web sales only. Personalized/monogrammed carriers cannot be exchanged.

Customers that purchase their Pet Teek carrier through any retail or E-commerce store outside of the Pet Teek website should direct their refund or exchange questions to the respective entity where the carrier was purchased.
RETURNS:
If you are not completely satisfied with your Pet Teek™ Pet Carrier, simply send the carrier back to us within 30 days (must be in good condition and in its original packaging). You must first obtain an RMA (Return Manufacturers Authorization) Number before returning your carrier.
Original packing slip or copy of invoice, as well as RMA number, must be included in your shipment.
As soon as your carrier arrives, we will refund the full amount of your purchase price minus shipping costs to your credit card or, if you prefer, we will mail a refund check to you.
